As a local mom of 3 born and raised on Oahu, I have experienced the beauty and hardships of living in Hawai'i that influence the physical body and emotional body.

Living with chronic illnesses, and through years of studying, researching, and learned life experiences, I feel the need to share what I have learned with you. 

I believe that we are all unique, therefore the methods and treatments should also be specific to our individual needs based off of our genes, lifestyle, behavior, and economic comfort.

My intention is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to regulate your nervous system,  to help support all of your other body systems as well as your mental and emotional health, through the various treatments and services provided. I offer different forms of modalities that integrate my license in skin health, studies in functional nutrition, and my certification in Reiki to provide the most optimal treatments to achieve a unique and much needed approach to whole self care.
 

I offer natural and holistic treatments, such as threading and sugaring for all of your hair removal needs. I also specialize in instinctive and tailored result driven facials with various Professional & Clinical EU approved skincare products, modalities and techniques, while utilizing studied alternative healing methods such as reiki, manual lymphatic drainage, and qigong.

Learning to having a deeper understanding that everything is connected, and that each body function relies on one another, allows you to practice self care independently and confidently. Integrating self awareness helps you to navigate how to care for your body and sustain healthy aging.
